I WORKED WITH CHRISTA OVER THE INTERNET FOR OVER A YEAR FOR HER TO FIND ME THE RIGHT VEHICLE AND NEVER MET HER IN PERSON. SHE DID FINALLY FIND ME THE EXACT ONE I WAS LOOKING FOR AND MADE ME AN OFFER THAN W FOR HER TO FIND ME THE RIGHT VEHICLE AND NEVER MET HER IN PERSON. WHEN I FINALLY MET HER , I WAS FURTHER PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY HER APPEARANCE , HER CLASSY GOOD LOOKS, HER PROFESSIONALISM AND KNOWLEDGE OF HER PROFESSION AND HER WONDERFUL PEERSONALITY AND DEMEANOR. AFTER THE DEAL, SHE INTRODUCED ME TO ROBIN,A VERY INTELLIGENT AND PERSONABLE INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS THE DELIVERER OF THE VEHICLE. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL , PATIENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VEHICLE AND TOOK HIS TIME TO MAKE IT EXTREMELY EASY FOR ME TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE MECHANICAL AND ELECTRONIC FUNCTIONS OF THE CAR. IT WAS A MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. FINALLY , I MET ERIC, THE FINANCE PERSON WHO WAS LAID BACK WITH AN EXTREMELY SOFT SELL OF ADDITIONAL GM PROCUCTS THAT WERE OPTIONAL TO PURCHASE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AND PRESENTED IT TO ME TO MAKE THEM ATTRACTIVE AND A MUST HAVE. IT WAS THE MOST SATISFYING AND RELAXED PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN THESE PAST 50 YEARS OF PURCHASING AUTOMOBILES. AS A RESULT OF THIS MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, TWO YEARS LATER, I ELECTED TO TRADE MY 2009 IN FOR A 2011. ONCE AGAIN, THE SAME PEOPLE NOTED ABOVE WERE THERE TO SERVE ME A SECOND TIME AND IT WAS EVEN MORE PLEASANT THE SECOND TIME AROUND. ALTHOUGH I LIVE LITERALLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM A COMPETITOR OF THEIRS, I CHOSE TO TAKE THE 25 MILE DRIVE TO FLEMINGTON SO I COULD REPEAT THAT PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SAME PERSNONEL. TO ADD ICING ON THE CAKE, AN ERROR WAS MADE SOMEWHERE ALONG THE LINE AND ONE DAY AFTER THE DELIVERY OF MY 2011 CAR, I NOTED IT WAS MISSING AN ESSENTIAL PART WHICH I REQUIRED AND HAD TO BE FACTORY INSTALLED. WHEN I POINTED IT OUT TO THEM, THEY ASKED ME TO IMMEDIATELY BRING THE CAR BACK AND THEY WERE GOING TO ORDER ME A BRAND NEW ONE. THEY TOOK BACK THE VEHICLE AND PUT IT INTO STOCK AND I AM NOW AWAITING THE ARRIVAL OF MY THIRD YUKON XL. THESE PEOPLE FEEL LIKE FAMILY TO ME, AND TREAT ME AS SUCH. IT IS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AND NOW MY DAUGHTER HAS PURCHASED ONE FROM THEM AND I WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND OTHER MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS SO THE SAME. More
