He has the personality, appearance, authenticity, and ability to persuade , explain and reassure the customer when buying a car. After he figured out what type of car we are looking for, ( it is for our daughter) he narrowed down our the search by asking us specifics about our budget, the space we require, and any special features we may want. I had contacted the dealership by e-mail and very shortly thereafter I was contacted by Cortney Callanan who was very friendly and helped me find the truck I wanted from their inventory. When I arrived to check out the truck it was out front and ready for a test drive. At the dealership I worked with David Tonnesen who was extremely professional and wrote up a great offer. Finally I finished the financials with Kevin Hayden who was a pleasure to work with. When I arrived today to pick up the truck it had been beautifully detailed and ready to roll. Overall a great experience and a great truck. I highly recommend Flemington Dodge. More
