I've recommended Andrew to family and friends and all have been happy too. Not too sure about the service department and all the rest at the dealer...sometimes great sometimes not so great. Constantly changing service department employees, frequently there's new faces behind the counter. And sometimes they're competent sometimes not. At times over the years some in service haven't seemed to care about the customer. Frequently there's not enough help and it takes too long to get an appointment or once you do get in it takes much longer then it should. Hopefully the latest manager has things going in the right direction. Also I don't feel as confident that I'm being treated fairly when dealing with trade in appraisels. That is still an unpleasant experience. So you have to do your homework there. But overall the dealership is better then your average. Bottom line, If you are in the market for a vehicle go see Andrew and he'll give you a good price and treat you right. More
