I purchased the Ford F150 including a dealer applied ceramic coating. The coating was less than satisfactory on the first application, possible because of the cold temperatures. I had to bring it back to have it redone. At the time of purchase, I discovered a small chip on the drivers side door close to latch. The chip was small but deep through the ceramic coating and paint. It was touched up the best that could be done without painting the door. Which I did not want, for factory paint is the best. My salesman Mark Schmaling was the best... Would do business with him again. More

Very good experience. I came in to the service department for a repair and received not so good news about my car. Shane Hoiles (Service Advisor) suggested I check out the preowned vehicles. He contacted Fre for a repair and received not so good news about my car. Shane Hoiles (Service Advisor) suggested I check out the preowned vehicles. He contacted Fred Kress (Client Advisor) to assist me with this process. Fred was excellent in helping me with my trade in quote, patient as I tried different pre-owned vehicles, diligent in getting not only myself but my partner a car at a fair price. As we worked through this process and dealt with Denis O'Brien (Business Manager) and Pete Chicarelli (Sales Manager), I was very pleased with their customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Thanks to all for making this experience a pleasant one. More
