I work alot and getting to the dealership was a hassle , we were able to do almost all the negotiating and paperwork prior to me going to the dealership to finalize and sign. The service dept was first rate. They were well aware of the problem I had prior to my visit. The issue was addressed, and hopefully the replacement of the apim module was the root cause of my issue. I understand all vehicles these days are computer driven. However, Ford should have done a lot more testing on these new systems before putting them into their vehicles. They can't keep blaming issues on the supply chain anymore. Hardware/software issues occur before the vehicles leave the factory. That's were these so called "glitches" occur. Customers like myself are tired of being inconvenienced because of issues that should have been taken care of before the vehicle was put on a truck! I bought this truck because the 5.0L V8 engine is without a doubt the best engine in the business. I can't say the same for the infotainment systems right now. It's one thing to be first to market with new technology, it's another to be first to market with new technology that works as advertised. More
