I really like Ditschman Ford and count on them to keep my F150 in good running condition. I have one concern though. I had my truck in for service about a month and a half ago and that was fine then I just b F150 in good running condition. I have one concern though. I had my truck in for service about a month and a half ago and that was fine then I just brought it in a few days ago for a rattle. They located the rattle but then said they did a vehicle health check and said I really need a radiator, transmission, and rear differential flush. I don’t doubt it may have needed it but why wasn’t this brought up when it was in for service? It’s kind of a weird time to upsell. When it’s in for service you just service it and when it is in for a rattle you do a vehicle health check (or upsell check?). I returned a text from Shane who was checking in on how things are and I expressed these concerns and haven’t heard a peep from him. I hope there is a logical explanation. More
Was a customer years back when Steve first opened the dealership and than moved out of the area. My father and I both purchased trucks there.
