Our 1 year old car broke down and the dealer that we bought the car from was on strike, Dutchman Ford took our car in and repaired it. They were courteous and very responsive to our needs. Problem with service department. Missed blinker not working for a certified auto. Inflated tires to 45psi when should be 35psi. Part on backorder needed to converse with account reps a dozen times befo working for a certified auto. Inflated tires to 45psi when should be 35psi. Part on backorder needed to converse with account reps a dozen times before having part taken from one of their cars. Took a week with car sitting in driveway as a paperweight. Check every light before you sign papers. Proper parts prob not in stock for a month. Biggest problem was people contacted were very slow to respond. Car was not safe to drive and this should have been a top priority with them calling me and not the other way around. More

I came here even though it is 45 minutes away based on the reviews. I have no idea how this place is rated number 1. The first diagnosis was wrong, it took four visits with minimal to zero feedback on sta the reviews. I have no idea how this place is rated number 1. The first diagnosis was wrong, it took four visits with minimal to zero feedback on status while in the shop and while waiting on parts. It also took escalating to the service manager to get the problem solved. I also can’t believe only one person is available to schedule recall work. If I want poor service, I can get it closer to home. More
