Going to give 2 stars. Weak multi point inspection was done on my 2017 Shelby GT350. I was charged $80 to tighten a loose bolt. Oil change was done perfectly, but I asked if the tech can inspect the vehic done on my 2017 Shelby GT350. I was charged $80 to tighten a loose bolt. Oil change was done perfectly, but I asked if the tech can inspect the vehicle to ensure it is safe to drive without any serious issues that needed attention since I had purchased it from another dealership used with 20,000 miles. I spoke to a rep and they said the multipoint inspection should be enough. I was hoping for a more thorough list of items checked like the chassis integrity, suspension, control arms, condition of brakes and related parts, and see if any other not easily detectable damage was done to the car, etc This is what was inspected: 1. Look at tire tread 2. tighten loose bolt on RF strut. 3. Check battery. Other than that, the communication was very receptive and the service for the oil change was done extremely well. I would still recommend this service center if you are only looking to do an oil change, tire rotation, or something simple. Rick showed great communication through the process as well - I was just hoping for a little more from the inspection side Unfortunately for more detailed work/inspection, I will to bring this performance vehicle to a specialized shop. More

I had a flat tire with my previous car during COVID and it took a couple of weeks to get me a new tire. During the time that I had the spare tire on the car, I got a flat and needed a new spare. Jim went the extra mile to find me a new spare. Even though I live 45+ minutes away, I would never go anywhere else for purchase and service. Working with the Ditchman Ford team is the greatest.
