My concern is that when driving my new vehicle home on 12/23, over 40/50 mph I heard wind coming through the drivers side window. Very upset with this and I hope it gets resolved, and it’s not a sign of things to come. I bought Ford again because I currently have a 3013 Ford Escape with 231k miles and is a great vehicle. Never had a problem. I hope Ford and Ciocca do the right thing for my new Explorer. More

The level of service at this dealer has declined so poorly that I will not likely use them for any need again.
