He also was attentive, creative, and attentive in putting me in a new vehicle that met my needs. Denis (the financing person) was great too, explaining all the documents to me that I had to sign, finding lease return rebates for me to apply to my new lease, and not pressuring me to sign up for some of the added programs. Discussion with Chris on the phone (being I purchased another vehicle with him just a few months earlier) established what I wanted in my new vehicle and Chris was able to meet my needs with his existing inventory.
