Best salesperson ever ! I have purchased many new and used vehicles over the years and from many salespeople. However I have never dealt with one so helpful and patient at Ra I have purchased many new and used vehicles over the years and from many salespeople. However I have never dealt with one so helpful and patient at Ray Wesley !! We were looking for an SUV that wasn't too old and with low mileage and a good price, a tough bill to fill. We visited the dealership several times and there was never a moment that I felt pressured or that Ray was in a hurry. He kept showing as many SUVs as I wanted to check out. When it came to the sale I never had anyone do so much to help. He took care of everything, even calling my insurance agent and getting an insurance card for us. Then he spent even more time explaining every control and detail. On top of it all he found exactly what I wanted that just came in that day and was in another lot and previously unavailable for us to look at. Beyond Excellent My husband and I started out with Lauren Kirschner who was extremely helpful searching for a car for me in my price range and specifications. When she My husband and I started out with Lauren Kirschner who was extremely helpful searching for a car for me in my price range and specifications. When she found out my husband was a veteran, she called Jerry Sheehan who then assured us we would get the best possible price. From there we met Joe Chester who showed us several cars, was very knowledgeable , personable and down to earth. Jerry and Joe helped to locate the color and model car I was looking for from another dealer. I was not required to put any deposit down, Joe phoned us as soon as the car came in. We returned to the dealer the next day and the car was parked out front for us to see. We then met Kelly Horvath who explained the financing and extended warranties. She was very friendly and did not pressure us into buying anything extra even though we did. Joe then showed us the the car and explained everything in detail. We will be seeing Joe when the new plates come in and to go over any questions we may have. He called today to see how our ride home was and if we needed anything.
