When we met Nick Hriczko he took all the stress out of leasing a Lincoln from the test drive to answering questions about the car to locating the car we were looking for in a different color. When we came to pick up the car Nick took his time to show us the car including reviewing the components of the car and answering all our questions. I would recommend work with Nick if you decide to do business with this dealership. He is a great salesman. We worked with Kelly Horvath to review and sign all the paperwork at the time we picked up the car. She was patient, reviewed every form, and answered all my questions as I signed each form. Very professional and happy with deal Last weekend I decided its time for a newer used vehicle. I love my 2004 Toyota Sienna but wanted to get a newer one before it runs into trouble. So Last weekend I decided its time for a newer used vehicle. I love my 2004 Toyota Sienna but wanted to get a newer one before it runs into trouble. So I checked out AutoTrader and found a nice looking mini-van only 3 years old for a decent price at Flemington Ford. Its an hour away so not too far and I stop by after work Monday and meet Joe. Very friendly and personable during the test drive and I offer a low price according to the Kelly Blue book range. We go back and forth a bit and I decide to think about it some more and went home. He called me later and offers a little more so I was happy with the price. I arranged my own financing ahead of time but he and Denis O'Brien( the closer) found me an even better rate before I picked it up AFTER I agreed to buy. Very impressed. and very happy with the deal. Would definitely recommend them. More

My Purchasing Experience I have purchased many vehicles in my day and have dealt with quite a few salesman, so when I tell you Ditschman Flemington Ford is tops in the game, I I have purchased many vehicles in my day and have dealt with quite a few salesman, so when I tell you Ditschman Flemington Ford is tops in the game, I speak the truth. I knew I wanted a Ford F-150 truck, but wasn't sure where to go. Customer service is really important to me, because the previous Ford dealer I dealt with wouldn't provide me with a loaner while the worked on my Ford Edge. They directed me to a car rental instead of helping me get to work by providing me with a loaner. Before my Ford Edge I had a Honda Ridgeline which was a decent truck, but I wanted an American truck! Honda would at least provide me with a loaner when I needed extended service, but again, I wanted to buy American! I sold my Honda Ridgeline and brought the Ford Edge and frequented my local Ford dealer, which is when I got turned off by that dealers (Smith Ford) practice. My wife and I did a search on the best dealers in NJ and why that made them the best. Ditschman Flemington Ford popped up as one of the best dealers around. We went and paid them a visit to get a feel about the place. Tom Santangelo saw use and came over and introduced himself to us. He gave us the lay of the land and told us a few things about the dealership. He wasn't pushy and let us look around for ourselves. He knew we were just kicking tires and gave us his card for when we were ready to make a deal. A few weeks later I wanted to make a deal and trade in my Ford Edge. I called Tom and he was delighted that I chose Ditschman. I was a little skepticle because as I said I have dealt with many dealers before, so I kept waiting for something bad to happen in the way of being taken advantage of. Nothing of the sort! Tom was straight to the point. The most amazing thing that Tom did was when I finally decided which truck I wanted, he made sure I know EVERYTHING about the truck. He even setup my auto start on my cell phone so I could start the truck from anywhere. He stayed late even as his peers were leaving, he kept teaching me about the features of the truck. Wow, is all I could say! Tom Santangelo is one of the best in the business! My wife was so impressed with him that she said when she is ready to get rid of her Honda CRV, she only wants to deal with Tom. There is something to be said in this day and age when you find someone who cares. Tom cares! I want to also shout-out Chris Callahan, although he is a NE Patriots fan and I am a EAGLES fan, he was about the business. No bad blood from SB LII. He was respectful and a true professional! We talked football for a long time, but then got down to business. I could go on and on, but you get the point. I want to pay it forward and help ease the pain of buying a vehicle by doing this, because as you know a vehicle is the second largest investment you will purchase. The experience should be as painless as possible. We have to drive about 45 min from where we live, but it is well worth the trip. We actually drive right past my old Smith Ford dealer to get to Ditschman. I wanted to brag by taking my new truck to Smith Ford and show them what they missed out on with their practice, but Karma is a real thing, so I will just smile when I pass their dealership and wish them the best. I have a new family in Ditscman Ford! I want to also point out that they have outstanding rebates and incentatives which helps bring the purchase price down considerably. Good luck! Doug More
