It was a slow experience in finding the right vehicle as I am short. Salesman Christopher Tommins went out of his way to see which one I would feel comfortable in. Loan Officer Denis O'Brien was very thorough in explaining the loan and service add--ons that I took out, and Service Consultant Todd Baty (go to for all my service repairs on my two other Fords) checked for me on the availability of running boards to add on to the vehicle. With my final pick everything went smoothly. More
