Writing is not my strong point. My first appointment was to have a recall done on the vehicle. It took about 1 1/2 months to get the appointment. I understand things are not The fault of the dealership. Since I was told the repair would take approximately five hours I did ask for a loaner car and if that didn’t work out someone to shuttle me home. I was told they don’t do that. I was also told that the dealership does not pick up the customers car. Ford documentation says that they will pick up a customers car at their house and bring it back. Didn’t happen At the time when I got my recall completed I did receive documentation recommending additional services for my car. I was told I need an oil change and that would be $90. So I asked the service writer why did the oil changes go up so much. He said that was due to the price of oil going up. I haven’t seen the oil go up that much. He also recommended that my shocks for leaking and they should be replaced . With the cost of $725. So I asked why the shocks not covered under my warranty since I still had 2000+ miles to go. He said they would be covered. The paper should have stated that the shocks were starting to leak and they will be replaced at no cost to you. I would be ecstatic. So do you see the dilemma that I was in. More

Service Dept called to remind me of a scheduled up coming service. The Rep checking me in was pleasant and helpful as were all of the employees The Technician and Todd kept me informed of the statu service. We have always used Ditschmann Ford which was bought out by Ciocca. We hope Ciocca will continue the tradition of great service. The only question/issue I had during my purchase was I showed a coupon th by Ciocca. We hope Ciocca will continue the tradition of great service.
