I iinformed her of the vehicle and options I requested. She said to give her 30 minutes to locate the car I wanted. She called me wishing the 30 minutes and indicated that they didn't have the specific car I wanted but she had two vehicles that they could get from another dealership. Ditchman matched the price and I ordered the car on the Friday prior to Memorial Day. They indicated that the car could be delivered on the Tuesday following Memorial Day. I asked if it were possible to take ownership of the car on the Saturday prior to Memorial Day. Aly went out of her way to get it done and I took ownership on that Saturday. I later discovered that my client advisor Jamie picked up my car from a nearby dealership and drove it to Ditchman. The teamwork with your company from beginning to end was seamless. I wanted to express my appreciation to Ditchman and all of the staff members that I interacted with, everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed during every phase of the sale. They answered every question I had and were focused on pleasing me as the customer. I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a car, save yourself some time and go to Ditchman. Easy car buying experience We went to look at the vehicle on the Saturday before Memorial Day right before closing. We liked the price and what we saw. They said they would hold it til Wednesday without a deposit. We went in Wednesday evening after talking with Joe over phone, email, and text setting up insurance and credit applications. We arrived Wednesday evening and just had to sign and put the deposit down and we were on our way within an hour with our new vehicle. More
