Ford Motor Co simultaneously issued a recall on that model which put the order on hold until the recall was resolved. We were kept updated on the progress throughout and took delivery last week. Kelly even found us additional rebates/discounts so we were pleasantly surprised at the final amount due. Highly recommend working with these folks for a new car. More
