Best car buying experience! I was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (JK) with low mileage and certain features. When I found this truck online at Ditschman/Flemington, I was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (JK) with low mileage and certain features. When I found this truck online at Ditschman/Flemington, I called and spoke with Bryann Moninghoff. Bryann was an absolute pleasure and facilitated a relatively quick sale transaction. In fact the entire team in the used car office was terrific! Britt Long was the consummate profession, handling the review of the vehicle and the flow of sales related paperwork while the Aubrey Garson prepared the loan documents. Bryann, Britt and Aubrey (and Pete Chicirelli) make an amazing team. I could not have asked for a better group of individuals to handle this transaction. Less than 5 hours from the time I first called Bryann to the time I was driving home in my new Jeep (and I live nearly 45 minutes from the dealership). Simply the best car buying experience! a car story.. Stopped in to look at at a 2016 Mustang GT and just wanted to remain alone for a while .....Kevin came up, offered to help and then immediately demurr Stopped in to look at at a 2016 Mustang GT and just wanted to remain alone for a while .....Kevin came up, offered to help and then immediately demurred when I told him I was fine......let me again state, immediately.....and it was much appreciated. When I was ready to look inside I sought him out and we went through the car and decided on a test drive .....more conversation around what the car (premeum package) came with, what I wished to change, add, etc.. Great conversation. As I was looking to do some finacing, I was introduced to Tony and we chatted rates, time frames, potential money down. Tony knows his business well enough that he doesn't have to push it in one's face....again, great conversation. Left with hand shakes and , "I'll be in touch". Two or three days later I stopped in to order the car. Same friendly, detailed (and humorous at times) conversation with Kevin and Tony although, of course, far more focused ......some back and forth around pricing over a day or two (final "all in" price was excellent) and the car was ordered.. Can't imagine it getting any better. I also have to commend the reception/front desk staff.....always a smile, hello, offer to bring refreshment. .......have a good day upon leaving.....very, very pleasant. More
