My salesman, Tom Santangelo assured my comfort and peace of mind throughout the entire experience. He made sure all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Picking up the car was an awesome experience as well. It was impeccably detailed without a speck of dust anywhere even in bright sunlight. I don't know how they do that! Tom spent an hour or so going over everything from the paperwork to and including sitting in the car with me and teaching me how to use all of the features. He even programmed my phone for blue tooth compatibility and programmed my choice for the vehicle entry code. All in all it was a top notch experience with a dealership that definitely knows how to do it right and does so! More

We recently decided to trade in our '07 Mercury Mariner AWD. We bought it from Ditschman pre-owned in 2012 for our last few years of commuting to work through all kinds of weather. It was a high mileage car when we bought it but it ran perfectly and served us well. We were looking for a road trip car to replace the Mariner and Ditschman Ford was our go-to place. We looked a several cars and SUVs in our price range with Joe Valenti as our guide. Joe did a great job at pointing out the features of each car and gave us plenty of space while we looked over each one. We picked a highly optioned, low mileage 2013 Fusion SE. The car was in showroom condition and we were very happy with the price. After the car was prepared for delivery (beautiful job by the prep team) Joe went over the cars controls and the details of operating the Sync system. We are newbies to high-tech car infotainment systems and Joe synched our phones, activated our Sirius radio and went over each of the many functions. Beth Delaney efficiently handled the financials. There are a lot of papers to sign and Beth got us through it quickly. Both Joe and Beth are friendly, easy to talk to people who made us feel right at home. We have known Pete Chicarelli, the pre-owned manager, since 1997 when we bought a new Thunderbird LX. Pete is a quality guy and now is manager of a very professional business. It keeps us coming back. More

Some of these thing you can only determine over time, and since my last vehicle purchased here in 2012, Ditschman/Flemington has met or exceeded my expectations. A good business relationship is always a two-way street; if you're a civil and reasonable person, you'll have no problem dealing with these folks. As for my sales rep, Kevin, he had a devil of a time tracking down the exact, precise car that this finicky customer was looking for... but he stuck with it, kept me informed and got me exactly what I wanted... even though it was in another state. He's been very good with me and even after the sale has gone out of his way to make it clear that he's there for me if there's anything I need. So, I'm happy with the price, the sales process, the product and from experience with my two previous Fords, happy with the service dept. More
