We really have had no issues with the vehicle with the minor exception of one of the keys not working. The dealer took care of the issue by replacing the key. 2017 Ford Escape - Manjula took care of me like family! Coming into Ditschman/Flemington Ford - I was a bit jaded with prior experiences with car shopping. By the time I come into a dealership I am fairly Coming into Ditschman/Flemington Ford - I was a bit jaded with prior experiences with car shopping. By the time I come into a dealership I am fairly certain with what I am looking for and it comes down to the final test drive and the negotiation. Previous experience of just the "total number" coming from the Sales Manager was the reason a prior upgrade never went anywhere and I was pleasantly surprised when the initial offer sheet had full numbers (including estimate tax, title, etc). Showing this level of detail is huge especially when I had an Excel spreadsheet that did the same thing already to know what I could financially do from a finance perspective. Even with 3 visits into the dealership - each visit went effectively and to the point. Manjula Biju did everything she could to make sure I was satisfied and to keep me informed. With selecting the 2017 Escape - they are just off production so a vehicle had to be acquired from another dealership in order to get me the specific specifications I was looking for. Manjula was great at keeping me updated with the arrival of the vehicle at the ordering dealer and the transfer to Flemington. The only pain point I had was from the Business Manager who via email did not show the best customer service when I asked what name/address a Treasurer's Check had to be made out as I was able to secure outside financing that beat the Ford and dealer local offer. But I will say that when I came to pickup the vehicle and sign the paperwork, Tony Kwak was a pleasure to work with. I plan to continue to use Ditschman/Flemington Ford for my service and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new Ford. Great selection and a dealership that really was willing to work with the customer to get them the car they wanted! (Oh and go see Manjula!) More
