Being from Staten Island it's a bit of a commute but Jerry Sheehan and Tom Santangelo were extremely accommodating throughout the process. I am a customer who is willing to travel the extra distance for great customer service and Ditschman/Flemington is certainly worth traveling for. Jerry and Tom were available whenever I had a random question regarding the Explorer or process and provided me with all the details I needed along the way. Our salesman Tom took his time (stayed an hour past closing) to go over every detail of the car and even connected both of our phones to the system.
