Debating on giving them another chance. If my other dealership wasn't so far I'd go to them. I called them cause I still haven't received a call back from Ciocca about my concerns. Instead, I got a random call to confirm an appointment I never scheduled. I don't get it More

I will never bring my vehicle there again. I agreed to have multiple repairs done because of the estimate I was given. Then I found out that they overcharged me for my sunroof and fixed a pa I agreed to have multiple repairs done because of the estimate I was given. Then I found out that they overcharged me for my sunroof and fixed a part I didn't need to have fixed. I was given an estimate of $199 for my sunroof and then I was charged $485. No one even bothered to tell me until I questioned my invoice. Then on another repair they replaced the wrong part and then wanted to charge me an additional $982 more to fix the correct part. After complaining they reduced it to $360 but I decided to go elsewhere. I didn't feel comfortable with them working on my vehicle anymore after being overcharged and fixing the wrong part. More

I asked for my flap for the heat to be reprogrammed and they told me there is no programming. It clearly says there is a program to be done after reading a blower motor.
