Had an unpleasant experience this time around. Bought from a previous sales associate before in this dealership and was in and out the door. Was asking my sales associate to get paperwork ready so I could go in sign and pay and leave but that didn’t happen. I know it takes time to sign paperwork but just last year purchased an ordered car as well and was in and out the door in 15 minutes. Even reached out the week before the delivery and left messages and didn’t get one call back until I took a 45 minute drive at the end of the week to see him in person to get my response. Which I asked if there were any paperwork that can be handled so I can be in and out of the dealership. The sales associate was too relaxed and not on top of anything. More
