I though Mr. Havens was a great sale man to me. Before i settled on Ditshman Ford i visited anoither dealer. Fullerton, I found them disorganized, hectic. I also think Ditshman Ford looked a bit more professional compared to other dealers, if i'm dropping 40 grand on a car i expect to feel comfortable with the dealer.
