Kevin was terrific calling and explaining my wife that her Ford Escape will cost approximately $3000 to repair the engine, oil pan, etc. Kevin even called the last repair shop that worked on my wife's vehicle. Great customer service. Britt Long made the financing process almost enjoyable. Seriously he was a regular guy who got the best deal.
