Ernie Oppenheimer went above and beyond to help us acquire our new vehicle. I had a very bad experience from the Stateline Ford Dealership when they had sold us the Expedition. It was a lemon! It had so many things wrong with it right from the start and we had to take it back several times to them for service for which we NEVER got a receipt because the "computer was down". Then, when I called back later for copies of the service records, they didn't have them because they had a new manager and they couldn't find the service records! I guess they were trying to avoid being accountable for the Lemon Law! Last year my Expedition had been off the road for six months (because no mechanic could fix it!!) and I needed a vehicle so we visited Ernie. The Expedition had been sitting in the Ditchsman's Service Department and their best mechanics couldn't get it running. Ernie resolved the issue by speaking to the Service Department for us. They agreed to absorb the serice bill and give us a trade-in allowance of $1,000 so everyone was happy!!! What a difference of how we were treated by Ernie vs how we were treated at Stateline Ford! Ernie took his time to go with us on a test drive, he thoroughly explained the features of the car, he set up our service appointments, he made follow up phone calls, and was very patient answering all of my questions. Ernie is a very positive, upbeat person. I have told all of my friends how helpful, knowledgeable and sincere he is. He is a man of integrity! I trust him and would go back to him anytime. More

Ray was unable to get them to honor the warranty but what Ray did some thing better. We drop off out car to them in Flemington. We are given a loaner car. And when the work is completed they drive the serviced car over an hour to us and they take back the loaner. You cant ask anything more from a dealer then that. More
