We live over an hour away and wanted to go to a local Ford dealer to check out a squeak.. Three local dealers would not honor our warranty . Ray was unable to get them to honor the warranty but what Ray did some thing better. We drop off out car to them in Flemington. We are given a loaner car. And when the work is completed they drive the serviced car over an hour to us and they take back the loaner. You cant ask anything more from a dealer then that. More
