My car went in for service in December for the heating and AC system because i had no heat.. surprisingly the heat and AC are connected... after a $3000. Invoice my heat worked fast forward to May i used and AC system because i had no heat.. surprisingly the heat and AC are connected... after a $3000. Invoice my heat worked fast forward to May i used my AC for the first time and low and behold my AC doesn’t work.. of course they said it was totally unrelated... no surprise there!!! Here is the kicker to replace a $49.00 part they wanted close to $800.00 to repair.. Aren’t you EMBARRASSED to charge that much money... how does this dealership have the face to look at customers and tell them and then hide behind some published book that no one can ever verify... I bought 4 cars here i guess its time to go elsewhere.. oh and BTW before i picked up the car they said it had to be washed....
