Marianne Rosato made my car buying experience a delight. She kept me informed on the cars that were available and sent me all the info on the cars I was considering within a few minutes of my request. After speaking with her on the phone I stopped in to look at the cars, because i was in the area, without calling first. We looked at all the Edges that were on my list and then I saw an Explorer and found out it had just become available. The next day I brought my husband up to look at the car and we bought it. I was in a crunch for a car. My old Edge was totaled and I needed a car quickly. I didn’t feel pressured to make a deal, and felt I was shown what I wanted not what someone wanted me to buy. We picked up the car last Saturday in the pouring rain . Marianne showed us all the intricacies of the car and went over the operating features more than once. The electronics were much different than on my old Edge. Marianne helped me set up the Ford Pass app or system and made sure we had the computer aspects of the car working and understood.She was enjoyable to work with. I have driven Ford SUV’s for that last 30 years. The first 20 years were Explorer’s and the last 10 the Edge. I have to say this last purchase was my most relaxing non stressful purchase, even though I was in a crunch to get a car.
