The fact they didn’t update me - after they ordered the wrong part - wasn’t an issue to TJ the parts manager. His way of dealing with my problem was to put me on hold for 20 minutes. Finally got to talk to Dave Dowd the GM. He had no apologies and it seemed like irate customers who haven’t heard from the for days or gotten an update was nothing new. Basically this the way they operate. Please don’t go to this place and continue with the service they showed me. After looking over these reviews, it consistently happens. No reason to go here. More
