I write to compliment you and your staff. We purchased a pre-owned Mustang from you last Friday. What a contrast to the other dealers we had been dealing with. My wife and I had been looking for a pre-owned Mustang for our son for more than a month. We went to many used car dealers in New Jersey and in New York. Each time we walked away from those dealers, both my wife and I wanted to take shower to wash the sleaze off of us (really). Our experience with your salesperson, Logan, really highlighted the differences between your dealership and all of the many others we visited. First, Logan was waiting for us as we pulled up into your well-lit parking lot. Indeed, he was standing right next to the vehicle we intended to purchase. Additionally, Logan remembered our names and addressed us as “Mr. and Mrs. Hack.” While such formalities were wholly unnecessary, it made us feel, nonetheless, respected as customers. We found Logan to be open, honest and low-pressure. Let’s face it, when a customer walks into a showroom, he or she has already decided that they are going to buy a car, they are just looking for the right salesperson. Logan was the right salesperson. Further, Logan walked us through all of the pricing and thoroughly explained to us all of the factors that went into the vehicle price. He was very knowledgeable about The automobile and all of the options on the Mustang. Finally, when my wife expressed the fact that she was thirsty, Logan jumped up and got her some bottled water. Finally and, perhaps, most importantly, the amount we paid was the advertised price. There were no “re-stocking fees,” “certification fees,” and b.s. “internet advertising fees,” etc. . . We felt like we got a square deal. More

Waited a year for a vehicle. When received, it was not detailed. A few issues on the ride home the day of purchase - sales defer me to Service for assistance. I was then without a vehicle for 5 days- had to rent a vehicle at my own expense while the truck was being “fixed”. Was going to trade a vehicle in but chose not to after I was low balled and told my tires were dry rotting. Sold the truck to another dealer for $6,000 more with zero hassle. Not the best experience when purchasing a new vehicle. More

Everyone I spoke with at Ciocca Ford has been very helpful and accommodating. They never tried to sell me anything I didn’t want and got me the vehicle I wanted for the price I wanted it. After purchasing my car I have had some issues. When there finance department was looking for creditors I was called by multiple people and I wonder if I did get the best rate for my lease since ot When there finance department was looking for creditors I was called by multiple people and I wonder if I did get the best rate for my lease since others called for more information before they could go any further and right away they picked one. I wonder if they just picked one and moved on. Also underneath my seats and front of car I have rust and was told it’s from ac. Also so stains in the car as well as front passenger carpet is coming up. I asked the person that sold me the car if I could have the car looked at to make sure no rust and was told to give service department to call they should be able to help. Also finance I spoke to him next day about not getting something and he proceed with doing it anyway. Overall I feel like I was just a number and once they got my money could car less. Also asked for a manager and they passed it onto the the person that sold me my car. Not much leadership. Also told car was just serviced but no oil sticker on car so no clue next oil change. Also never got code to into side door and in glove box was old owners insurance card. More
