In route to our appointment, we received a short video text message from Matt showing the 2013 Ford Focus parked directly out front of the showroom ready for us to test drive. Once we arrived Matt was so friendly. He first took the time to explain the Certified Ford Warranty to us before we even looked at the car. Understanding the warranty end up being a huge factor in our decision to buy a used car. He then took us out to look at the car. He was so knowledgeable when explaining the features of the Focus. He was never pushy, he took his time with us and patiently answered all questions that we had and never felt pressured. Appointment was given for 8:00 AM at my request in order to allow me to wait because I l I scheduled a recall notice repair for our 2014 Ford Escape. All the Ciocca personnel advised me that the repair could take 3 to 5 hours and offered me the shuttle service or a free rental car. I opted to wait as I was not working that day. After getting promptly checked-in at 8 by Mike Kardane he advised me that without complications my wait should be about 3 hours. At 10:30 Tim Adams came to give me the pleasant news that my vehicle was ready! Ciocca service is the best. More
