My experience started with USAA Car Buying Service. Once we clicked the submit button 10 minutes later Alli called and we pretty much finalized options on our new Ruby Red Escape. Alli again spoke with me shortly after that and located one with all I was asking for a a great price upfront. When I finialized the feal I forgot about a remote. No problem we wll throw it in don't worry and at no extra cost then turned me on to a supburb salesman Matt and his manager once I arrived a coup 'll e days later. In between 2 other dealerships responded. The 1st one didn't even look at our specs with specificly the color and offered only what was on their lot. That was a big RED X. The 2d was a dealership 10 minutes from my home whom I orignal spoke with that we now needed fwd and found one that was a Titanium model which we couldn't afford . That was a hugh RED X. So I drove an 1.5 hours to Cioccia Ford. I can say with my finical needs were well understood and I feel as though I got a great deal. MY HAT'S OFF!!!! Thank you for this great experience. More
