Efficient experience that was friendly and left me satisifed My current car was totaled in the winter and I needed to buy a new one. I researched around and that landed me at the Ciocca Ford dealership right in My current car was totaled in the winter and I needed to buy a new one. I researched around and that landed me at the Ciocca Ford dealership right in my own town. I called ahead to look at two of their cars and when I arrived right after work the cars were already waiting for me there to test drive. The sales rep, Matthew Dymit, was very friendly and was able to answer my questions. They allowed me to put a deposit on the car that day to lock in the rebates and incentives that were going to expire that day since I didn't have my new proof of insurance with me (changing insurance companies). I was able to pick up the car the next day and it was waiting and ready to go with a full tank and Matt helped me sync my phone to the car (and even the little details like the clock in the car was set before I was there). I left with a high level of satisfaction on the customer service I received and the price I payed. More
