He then told me, "You might want to consider a Certified Pre Owned truck" and here is why. The CPO benefits far exceeded a used truck,. Matt was thoughtful, pleasant and very thorough in all aspects of the sale. He text-ed me after I left. to make sure I had his contact & any further questions. I am a long time sales executive, who is often trying to satisfy my customers, and Matt hit everything I would want to do for my customers. Cannot beat that. I interacted with about 7 or 8 dealers in 2 states, he stood well above anyone else. All the people I dealt with at 3 different Ciocca Dealers were professional, from internet sales, to business manager to parts were great. Well run organization. More
