First Time Visiting Service Center It was my first time visiting the Ciocca Ford Service Center. My car just needed a routine oil change, and I was experiencing some issues with the ti It was my first time visiting the Ciocca Ford Service Center. My car just needed a routine oil change, and I was experiencing some issues with the tire pressure notifications in my car. The men who helped me were very kind and considerate; they explained the typical procedures when visiting the center. What set this visit apart from any other was that there was not any pressure to check my car for other issues. After checking my tires, it was suggested that the tires be rotated, but the price adjustments were clearly explained before I was expected to respond. More

Excellent Customer Service Appointment was made on Thursday and while expecting to be scheduled the following week I was informed to bring the vehicle in on Saturday at 10:15 AM Appointment was made on Thursday and while expecting to be scheduled the following week I was informed to bring the vehicle in on Saturday at 10:15 AM. Dropped off vehicle by pulling into heated service bay (temp was approximately 18F) and was quickly checked in. Received a call just prior to 3PM from Paul and was informed vehicle was ready to be picked up. I asked if the vehicle could remain there until Monday and was told it could stay until. Upon picking the vehicle up I was explained all the work that was completed along with some items to keep an eye on. Vehciel was also washed...much appreciated! More

First experience at Ciocca dealership I had been to a couple of dealerships in the area looking for a used but dependable SUV. I either found many flaws with the vehicle for the price they I had been to a couple of dealerships in the area looking for a used but dependable SUV. I either found many flaws with the vehicle for the price they where asking or many flaws with the sales person I was dealing with. They seemed unconcerned or not caring about my needs and concerns. I found a car I was interested on the web site of Ciocca Ford. I noted an interest in this vehicle and the rest is history. I immediately heard back from the internet personnel and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. A couple of days before the appointment I received a courtesy call from a Ciocca Representative asking if all was still good with appointment time and if there was anything else they could do for me. I was later contacted via email of the salesperson who would be assisting me in my possible purchase. All went very well from the pricing on the vehicle I wished to buy, a fair price on the trade in I had, and they worked with me on a payment plan that fit my budget. A++ to all involved More
