I normally do the service work myself to save some money but the prices were so reasonable that I will be returning for all of my servicing! It's nice to get dealer quality work at a reasonable price and to have the added peace of mind that the truck not only is taken. care of properly but has a record of what was done should a warranty issue come up. Hate Ford, love Ciocca! I bought a Ford Focus that I have hated from the beginning-a lemon. The transmission stutters and slips and it has been in for the recall with no improvement. It is a 2012 so I am still paying for it. The power steering went and I took it to Ciocca, not the dealer I bought it from. They not only fixed the issue, they got Ford to pay a substantial portion of the repair. They even did work on the transmission, and it runs better (for now). If you too were dumb enough to buy a Ford, at least repairs are not as painful at Ciocca! Shout out to Mike, who also got me a car to drive while it was being repaired. These guys know customer service! More

My older model was getting up there in mileage (over 80000) so I decided I wante I stumbled upon Ciocca Ford when searching for a used Expedition EL. My older model was getting up there in mileage (over 80000) so I decided I wanted to start and look for a 2015 with low mileage. When first getting in contact with them, I received the usual quick email response that someone would be contacting me. I did a "driveby" on a Sunday to see the vehicle since I happened to be passing by (and I live an hour away). I emailed/spoke with Diana Weber, who was always very friendly. I played "phone tag" with Chris Ginev, one of the managers, and finally started to get some quotes after a week. I didn't want to drive down to Quakertown to sit around for hours haggling, and Chris made that easy when they wound up telling me what they would give me on my trade in right over the phone! I was very pleased since they gave me $500 over what another dealer offered me. We were able to get an agreement done without me driving all that distance for possibly nothing. Once I did get there, Chris hooked me up with Brian, and I signed the paperwork and was out of there in two hours. I hate having to make car deals, and everyone at Ciocca made it a lot easier to do. I will be back when I'm ready for a new one! More

Great dealership! My fiance and I went to Ciocca to try to find a reliable vehicle as we drive 60 miles daily for work. We didn't expect much, as we have not-so-good cr My fiance and I went to Ciocca to try to find a reliable vehicle as we drive 60 miles daily for work. We didn't expect much, as we have not-so-good credit, and due to this woe, we've been laughed out of similar dealers' showrooms. (We had the full expectation that we would end up at a BHPH or buying a cheap, unreliable vehicle) Brian approached us outside, had us come in, asked qualifying questions, he and the sales manager ran some numbers, and had a few pre-authorized vehicles for us. We took them for a test drive, and ended up signing for a really great deal (even with bad credit). The process was very smooth, not arduous whatsoever, and was actually a pleasant experience. We not only got a great used car without feeling demonized for our credit, but felt very comfortable from start to finish. Knowing the drive, they threw in a 3 year powertrain warranty for us, which sweetened the deal that much more. I'd recommend Ciocca to anyone, and I will be returning for future vehicles without a doubt. It's great to see a dealership and employees with values, not just out to make a quick dime using typical boiler-room sales methodology. Small things I've noticed- I'm quite particular since I own a business in Marketing and Public Relations- Brian at one point was getting a piece of gum from his desk. He turned around and asked if I wanted a piece. Something to think about- that gum, while cheap- isn't the standard snack or water most dealerships provide- it is his personal item, which he offered willingly. Call me cheesy, but to me, that shows great character. Joe Kane wasn't the standard, dry finance manager. He was hilarious, and very outgoing. I have a similar sense of humor (dry), which caught his attention when I laughed a a little quip he made. As silly as that is, it makes the process much, much smoother. From start to finish, it was great, and we walked away from the experience elated, which honestly, we expected the opposite. More
