Late evening transmission faliure in 2010 Escape I had a late evening issue with my 2010 Escape. I was traveling from the Harleysville area to NJ late in the evening around 6pm. My truck developed I had a late evening issue with my 2010 Escape. I was traveling from the Harleysville area to NJ late in the evening around 6pm. My truck developed a large transmission fluid leak and rattling noise as I was traveling through Quakertown. I called Ford service and they were extremely fast and helpful. I was towed to Ciocca ford where Mr Adams help secure me a rental car and waited for me to arrive with my truck. They were through in the exam of my truck and repaired it as fast as they could. There was a delay because of the blizzard but they found the problems and fixed it up good as new. I would use them all the time if I lived closer, but I reside near Reading. They were professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that I was take care of. Mr Adams and his team went above and beyond for me. More
