I realize people try to get stuff over on the dealer saying it worked when it didn't. I am NOT that guy. Now I have a brake light on which Mike Diagnosed at no cost. (thank you)Gave me a worst case of 500ish dollars. When driving to NY went to turn on cruise and not working. I am hoping the brake light on and the cruise is connected but if not bummer. If I had to guess I betting $1,000 to fix both. That stuff not working drives me crazy. The Internet was fast and the waiting room comfortable. More

Best 25K Maintenance Visit Had made an appointment because I needed to wait for my car. Arrived at appointment time and was greeted and written up in 5 -10 minutes. When vehicle was finished in about an hour I was very pleased. In addition Mike was able to save me $40 on the final invoice by applying a combination discount to my work order. I left being a very happy customer. More

Big Mike IS the man! Years ago, we traded in a 2010 Honda to get our first Ford Fusion, a 2012 at Ciocca Ford. We later traded the 2012 Fusion for a 2013 Fusion with good Years ago, we traded in a 2010 Honda to get our first Ford Fusion, a 2012 at Ciocca Ford. We later traded the 2012 Fusion for a 2013 Fusion with good deal arranged by Big Mike. New Year’s Eve morning, Mike called us and by the end of the day, he again went out of his way to totally satisfy us as repeat Ciocca Ford customers. He knew we were interested in an all-wheel drive vehicle time. Mike called us to say he had a well-equipped red 2016 Escape which he was confident would meet our needs. Big Mike was correct. My wife fell in love with it. It was very late in the afternoon of New Year’s Eve and naturally everyone was anxious to get home but Mike stayed until the end to ensure total satisfaction. He is an excellent example of good ol' fashion customer service and commendable respect for his customers. There are not enough words to express our complete satisfaction for Mike Blackman going out of his way. We are now "three timers" and hopefully in three more years, we may again become customers of Mike and Ciocca for the fourth time. More
