I also got a call from the Service Manager (forgot his name) to let me know of some additional service recommended before they actually did it which was great also. THey also washed my car which is another great added benefit. More

What a change! I own a local service business in Quakertown, PA. Our company Commercial Kitchen Repairs, Inc. has been in business for almost 17 years. I have purcha I own a local service business in Quakertown, PA. Our company Commercial Kitchen Repairs, Inc. has been in business for almost 17 years. I have purchased nearly 20 service vans (all E-350's) from Faulkner Ford now Ciocca ford. In the past I had a lot to say about Faulkner Ford & a lot of it was not good. I could go into different situations and stories but that would take too long. Needless to say, Our company was happy with the sales department largely due to Chris Batori (Truck Sales Manager) but we would take all of our service work else where, mostly due to the very high charges. Since Faulkner Ford changed to Ciocca Ford I have noticed the introduction of Michael Minniti as Service Manager and Paul Wehner as Commercial/Fleet Service Rep. Shortly after the change I found my company using Ciocca Ford more and more. Their tire prices can not be beat. The service has been great and most important, the price for service work has been just as good. Michael and Paul have been nothing but kind and helpful. Recently I just experienced a shoulder injury and while in Ciocca Ford one day for service to one of our service vans Michael asked me if I would come into his office. Michael spoke to me as a friend not just as another customer. Michael asked how I was doing and showed genuine concern for me. In comparison, I never spoke to the Faulkner Ford service manager once in the many years I had to use them. Let me not forget to mention Paul Wehner. Paul is honestly one of the best service representatives I have ever dealt with. Paul explains in detail everything I need to know during a service visit and does not push me to do more service work then is necessary. Paul won my companies service work back with the now Ciocca Ford. In short as an owner of a service company I just wanted to say most service companies do not mind spending a little more to get better service from an authorized dealer. However, when that same service becomes much more expensive smart companies will always find an alternative. Great Job Ciocca Ford for winning our company back. Dwight P.
