Went there only because my schedule doesn’t allow much time to fix the issue myself however for $130 and what they thought it was, was completely wrong. Don’t know if these are low grade technicians or what but by actually reading and knowing how to read a schematic for the electrical system found the the actual cause was a 2min fix that they want to charge an additional $200 or more for in HOPES of fixing. Place is a joke and if you don’t know much about your vehicle you’re going to get ripped off. They lost me and my families business....hang up if Mike the service Rep tries explaining any kind of issue to you.. More

customer service...or lack thereof After contacting three representatives, I never received a reply to my 'simple to answer' question. I also never received a response to the online ch After contacting three representatives, I never received a reply to my 'simple to answer' question. I also never received a response to the online chat this dealership offers. In addition to that, I never received a courtesy call back after speaking to a 'representative' for the fourth attempt. I finally had to show up in person to get the simple answer I was looking for. (Does Ciocca Ford still have the car you were advertising online?) My family has bought 4 cars from this place. lol #pitiful. More
Car is fine, but try getting in touch after the sale. I bought my car at the end of August and received the usual temporary PA registration. After four weeks went by and not receiving the permanent regis I bought my car at the end of August and received the usual temporary PA registration. After four weeks went by and not receiving the permanent registration I tried calling the dealership. Over the past month I have called about 15 times and left over a dozen voicemail messages. I have left messages with three different finance people along with the person at the corporate office that handles titles, and the sales department says they can't help. Guess how my callbacks I have gotten - NONE! They have a good selection and prices can be good, but pray that you never need to get in touch with anyone there after the sale. Voicemails must be deleted by each person without even listening to them. More

It is definitely not the customer service but the actual services of the truck. Very frustrating. More
Terrible service dept. After tons of calls to Eric the manager , he finally calls back and then hangs up on me . Good luck if you have to deal with these people, they lie and will cut corners to get your car done .
