Excellent communications on recall I had the car serviced for an official recall. The service manager Tom was very courteous and well informed on the need for the recall. He kept me informed on the status of the repair and when they ran into some difficulty with other parts he let me know that I would have a rental for my use while they ordered parts completed the repair. He called on the following Monday to inform me car was ready and could be picked up any time. Keeping me informed helped me to plan my weekend. Any time I have my car serviced I can count on the consideration from your service personnel. More

When we called Devon @ Ciocca about our soon to expire lease Devon pointed out to us the additional incentives on from Ford, above and beyond their existing incentives plus the dealership's eagerness to insure us that they'll make us great deal especially since it was the end of the month which brought us into their showroom. We talked with Devon and Nick in sales about leasing -vs- buying, new -vs- used, money put down, and monthly payments on the incentivized models and also our overall vehicle situation in our family. My wife told me that she thought those guys were truthful in their advice to us about what was best for us. I use to buy a car and hold on to it for a very long time. My wife tells me that since we started to lease we have saved money on auto repairs and avoided having to put those repair bills on credit cards. Once we found the SUV that we wanted, Brian in finance helped us to select the protection we should have for a lease vehicle, such as wear care coverage, tire and wheel, etc. It didn't take too long at all and they don't nickel and dime you. Ciocca even paid for our service visit that day and we'll get 2 more free oil changes on new SUV. More
