Terrible service management Had my oil and trans fluid changed before and after 160 miles noticed squealing from my rear passenger wheel. Came to find out the lug nuts were hand Had my oil and trans fluid changed before and after 160 miles noticed squealing from my rear passenger wheel. Came to find out the lug nuts were hand tightened on both rear wheels and they had come loose. Tim the manager explained to me it was the center caps on the wheels that I had installed by them that did not allow the wheel to seat and backed the nuts out? Terrible excuse. Then told me my rear axle needed a complete rebuild which would cost me $1,600 after a 25% discount. I had it towed to another reputable place and the grand total was $1,000 without a 25% discount and same parts. They also found not all of the axle needed replacement. I am very disappointed with the basic service I got and the attitude of the service treating me as a uneducated car owner. Lug nuts backing themselves out? Seriously? Terrible. More
