2017 Mustang GT I went into the dealership and was just browsing at mustangs. I was not really in no rush to buy one the day I went to the dealership which I ended up I went into the dealership and was just browsing at mustangs. I was not really in no rush to buy one the day I went to the dealership which I ended up doing. I met Paul Farrington who was a great help with this process. We went on two test drives to feel the difference between 2 different trim levels of the new mustang gt. I really wanted the performance package but I thought it wouldn't be reasonable at the time so I was going to settle for just the regular premium package. We started talking about pricing and he really got me to a price where I could not say no to the offer. Then I was intraduced to Brian, one of the finance guys who not only helped me with finance, but gave me some extra information on the car that I did not know about due to the fact he actually has one. It was a breeze working with him on getting the best rate he could for me. In the mean time, my mustang was sent over to get detailed and that is when I met Caleb. He was a very nice and genuine guy as he was congratulating me on my new purchase. It is something small but it goes a long way. Finally, Jimmy, one of the other finance guys been a huge help to me as well. He broke down all of the warranties that I could get on the car and helped me pick out the best one for me personally. I then came to the dealership a couple days later because I noticed a scratch on the car. Jimmy approached me and I told him about the scratch and without any questions, we got the car over to the detailers and got the scratch right out within 10 minutes. Nick Jenny also was a big help in this process as well and was very nice and answered all questions I had for him. All these guys went above and beyond with my purchase that I wasn't even going to make until about mid summer early fall! They all need raises! More
