When I used the "on-line" scheduling website I failed to note that I was expecting to wait for my vehicle as I have done in the past. When I arrived I learned that because of this overbite my wait would be 5+ hours and I lived too far to be eligible for your shuttle service. Paul worked his magic and somehow managed to get me out the door in less than two hours. If I owned a Ford service department, I'd hire him away from you. Very appreciative of his efforts. More

Bait and switch I took my vehicle into their shop with suspension problems not knowing what was wrong they diagnosed the problem as needing upper right and lower ball I took my vehicle into their shop with suspension problems not knowing what was wrong they diagnosed the problem as needing upper right and lower ball joints my receipt says they used Ford factory parts they did not they used aftermarket parts the parts failed 14 months later and I had to pay for the repairs a second time had they used Ford factory authorized Parts like my receipt says and they claimed they used it would have been covered under the parts and labor warranty for two years period I have now been fighting with Ciocca Ford of Quakertown since December of 2016 to get them to pay me back the money they owe me for deceptive business practices through theft by deception baiting and switching parts and I still can't get them to honor their mistake that they recently admitted to through a representative of the Better Business Bureau they were supposed to cut me a check 3 weeks ago and are still jerking around with it. They lie through their teeth said that they worked on the left side of my truck when the receipt says clearly the right side ball joints they are just defiant liars and thieves I wouldn't take my car there to have them check the air pressure More

Very friendly staff made sure the car was completely up to date with maintenance so they offered to do several other things. I've done some myself (oil changes, air filter replacement, and tire rotation). They were understanding that nothing more than inspection was needed. Total price was $90-$10 coupon I had. This was close to what I expected but was surprised the inspection sticker cost $9 and there was $1.25 for hazardous waste (for inspection). Overall I was happy with service. Sorry I don't remember who I dealt with but they were friendly. More
