In previous vehicle purchases, the negotiation phase would typically take too long and leave me with the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. At Ciocca, I never had that impression; I felt the deal was transparent and fair. (Thanks Nick Jenny) After coming to terms the financing and documentation was promptly handled (33 min, nice job Jimmy Breslin) which was by far the fastest I have ever experienced. At vehicle delivery the truck was clean, and had a full tank of gas, which in other purchases wasn't a given. Ron showed me all of the functionality and was very thorough and informative. We told them what we were looking for and they had a sales consultant, Larry Kot come and talk to us. We told him we were thinking of trading in our Durrango. He got the keys and we went for a drive and both my husband and I really liked it. Larry asked if wanted to get an appraisal on ours and that it wouldn't take that long which it didn't. We told him what we were looking for a trade and what we wanted to keep the payments at. Few minutes later he came back with what we wanted. Seemed way to easy. Next step Brian from finance came out got our info less than 15 minutes later we were approved. Literally I went out in the garage, took everything out of mine put it in the new one and we were basically ready to go. There was no pressure, just what the could do for us. To sum it up, best experience we have ever had buying a car in less than 2 hours. More

The Ciocca Ford Quakertown's service department has performed regular maintenance on my 2015 Focus ST through 65,000 miles (in less than two years). The car remains in perfect condition and their service department does excellent work. In addition they check the car each time and recommend necessary services. Some other car brand dealerships try to upsell you expensive services that are not really needed but Ciocca never does this. They are interested in keeping your car in perfect condition, not in maximizing profits of their service department. I usually speak with Mike Kardane and Mike is very friendly with great expertise. He is a pleasure to deal with. All the service reps are very professional and friendly. More
