He had found us cars to look at, and provided the dealership website to keep up on new used cars coming into the dealership on a daily basis. he updated us when there was something he thought we'd like, and eventually we came up and looked at two different cars. There was never any pressure to buy, too continue looking and when the time came to negotiate a price they offered me a fair price that I could live with it. They did an awesome job in the paperwork and an offering us a bumper to bumper warranty that I was very happy to purchase. They have truly stood behind their service promise and the sale of the car. I would be happy to recommend this dealership and Albert to anyone interested in buying a car. More

Third C-max from Ciocca We are now on our third C-max. We originally bought a 2013 C-max but we had trouble with the 12 volt battery loosing charge. The service depar We are now on our third C-max. We originally bought a 2013 C-max but we had trouble with the 12 volt battery loosing charge. The service department worked valiantly on it to resolve the problem. They thought they found the problem but couldn't be sure. Since the car had been in several times and more than 30 days, we decided to apply the lemon law on the car and asked for replacement vehicle. Faulkner Ciocca fully supported us and Ford replaced the 2013 car with a 2014 C-max. We had the car for 2 1/2 years and loved it. It handled and road nicely and gave us great gas mileage (42-44 mpg). Unfortunately it was totaled in an accident in November. We now leasing a new 2016 C-max from Ciocca. We dealt with John Averette who was most helpful. More
