Took forever grease on my beige leather tyvm Made an appointment for getting four tires- they're having a great tire event. Great bunch of garbage. Ordered the tires set up appointment for 2pm Thursday 12/15/16. They tell me one hour. 2 hours later they call me asking for more time. I tell them it's been two hours you told me one hour I have things to do- can't wait much longer need to get on the road. I show up 3 hours after dropping truck off- not done. Sit there 20 minutes. Finally they call me to the counter they apologise- I tell them that's not right- terrible customer service. Tim deducts the labor- hands Me my bill- apologizes again- walks me to the cAshier. I pay- then wait outside for 11 minutes for my truck in 20 degree weather. This morning I notice the finger prints and hand prints on my creme colored leather passenger seat. Terrible experience. Spent $70,000 so far with this company and WILL NOT spend a dime more. Horrible customer service terrible staff for messing up my seats. Very upset More
