They charged me 500$ to tighten the battery connections. Misled me saying the issue needed more complex diagnostics. Then when the results was that it was the simplest and cheapest fix possible but they mis Misled me saying the issue needed more complex diagnostics. Then when the results was that it was the simplest and cheapest fix possible but they missed it and supposedly did all this diagnostic work unnecessarily. Then didn't adjust to the correct diagnostic fee. I have reached out to the service department to adjust the charges and they are ignoring me. So I will reach out to corporate too. More
