disapprointment I took my car in for inspection and oil change, my bill was $131, I was happy, not for long, went out to my car to find the fan blowing full force, to I took my car in for inspection and oil change, my bill was $131, I was happy, not for long, went out to my car to find the fan blowing full force, took it right back, told them it was not doing that when I came in, the service man was nice, but it till cost me $357 for something that was not wrong when I brought it in. now I will be afraid to take it there again. how can you go in for one thing, and have more trouble when you leave than when you came in. More

My SERVICE GUYS Where to begin....I was looking for a vehicle, did not buy from Ciocca. Could not negotiate a deal. Bought from Fred Beans (FB). BIG MISTAKE!! Aft Where to begin....I was looking for a vehicle, did not buy from Ciocca. Could not negotiate a deal. Bought from Fred Beans (FB). BIG MISTAKE!! After driving vehicle noticed "wobble" front rt tire. Took it to FB, Basically got run around after three times of driving down there they could not figure out what the problem was, but it was safe to drive. I should not worry. WHAT..I take my grandbabies in this vehicle. So I went to Ciocca in Quakertown. They found the 1st problem right away, still "wobble" dug deeper found 2nd problem. Still not right. Mike Kardane very patient with me. I'm Pa Dutch, have a little temper. So now I meet Mike MInniti. Could not do enough to help me out. (I gave him a little of my Pa Dutch, too.) Still feeling "wobble". Seth, the mechanic, helped also. FINALLY, everyone drives it, sends info to ford and ITS FIXED. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I will never ever recommend FRED BEANS to anyone. I figured out that this vehicle must of had a lot of problems when it was sold to me, but I was not informed of. And I am sure it was in some kind of accident based on all the specific problems that were fixed by Ciocca. But of course I can not prove it. But I still blame FB for selling me a supposedly certified vehicle. (I have some very strong Pa Dutch words here, but can't spell them, I can only say them.) But so anyway, back to Ciocca. Mike M, Mike K, Tim and Seth thank you for your patients, understanding, hard work and perseverance. You are definitely my go to guys for all my vehicle needs. And I feel very safe driving my grandbabies in my FORD. Thank you. Very sincerely, Kathy Billig More
