He consulted with the technician which was very knowledgeable. The work was performed quickly and the technician took the time to show the old parts identifying the issues. Very pleased with the service. I haven't reinstalled my differential yet but I'm confident that the problem I had has been resolved. More

There when I needed them. I was far from home when the engine on my explorer would not accelerate. I phoned the dealer that I had bought the explorer. Dean in the service depar I was far from home when the engine on my explorer would not accelerate. I phoned the dealer that I had bought the explorer. Dean in the service department let me know what it was and how to nurse it to where I was going. His repair shop was too far for me to go so he called Ciocca Ford to get me in there. Tim Adams could not have been more helpful. The explorer was fixed and we were back on the road in less than an hour. I would definitely tell anyone in that area to see Tim, he will treat you right. Terrible I went to the dealer to check a new 2017 Explorer and to have an appraisal on my current vehicle. My 1st intention was to have an idea of price and I I went to the dealer to check a new 2017 Explorer and to have an appraisal on my current vehicle. My 1st intention was to have an idea of price and I didnt go to the dealer to buy it on my first visit, what I had made it clear beforehand to the internet manager as well as to the salesperson as soon as he collected all my data. As they came in with the numbers, I was very disappointed with the appraisal of my car, $4,000 less than I had an offer from another dealer. After that, came the sales manager who just wanted to know when I would buy that car in order for him to make a better deal. One more time I told him that I never buy a car in an impulse. Those words turned both sales personnels off. 😟😟😟 They didn't even bother giving me their business cards, that"s why I am not able to NAME them...how good and professional sales the sales team were 😟. I live 45 miles from there and I went out of my way to go to your dealership for being treated so POORLY!!!!!! #worstserviceever #nevergotothisdealeragain More
